Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible — we know how exciting it is to receive your purchase!


Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Size and weight of the item

All shipping is handled through trusted courier partners within South Africa.

We currently do not offer free delivery unless stated otherwise during promotions.


Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

In certain high-risk or remote areas where courier delivery is not possible, customers may be required to arrange collection from a designated location at their own cost.


Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 13:00 (Monday–Friday) are processed same day or next working day

  • Orders placed after 13:00 are processed the following business day

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major cities: 2–5 working days

  • Outlying areas: 5–7 working days

Delays may occur depending on location or courier operations.


Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your delivery.


Important Product Note
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual items may vary slightly depending on supplier batches or lighting.


Bulky & Special Items
Large or heavy items (such as furniture or custom products) may require special delivery arrangements and additional charges.


Risk & Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the responsibility is transferred to the courier company.
However, we will assist in resolving any delivery issues where possible.


Insurance (Optional but Recommended)
Customers may request additional insurance for high-value or fragile items.
Flourish Lifestyle Creations will not be held liable for damages or loss where no insurance has been selected.


Claims for Damaged or Missing Items

  • All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proof (photos/videos) must be provided

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim not being processed.

Items such as white clothing must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Claims for stains or wear will not be accepted after use or washing.


Collections
Customers may choose to collect their orders once payment has been confirmed.
Please bring proof of payment or order confirmation when collecting.
