Returns
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or not in their original condition and packaging.

Returns will only be accepted within 3 days of delivery if:

• The item was received damaged

• The item is defective

• The wrong item was delivered

All approved returns must be in original packaging and unused condition.

Important Notice
Flourish Lifestyle Creations is not responsible for:

• Damage caused after delivery

• Misuse, mishandling, or improper installation of products

• Normal wear and tear

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Refunds & Replacements

• Approved claims will be eligible for replacement or refund

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error is on our side

Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, risk is transferred to the customer. However, we will assist in resolving courier-related issues where possible.
